Sales Manager

Art Residence is looking for a good-looking, energetic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our expanding team. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive clients and present available apartment options 

• Answer phone calls and follow up on correspondence 

• Provide information on available offers, prices, mortgage loans and other related issues 

• Maintain contact with clients/buyers for further questions and cooperation

Requirements: 

• Higher education

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Clear and concise speech 

• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages 

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) programs 

• Work experience in the sales field is mandatory
